Deposits:
50% upon Booking - Balance to be Received 30 Days prior to Arrival
Confirmation of Reservation upon Receipt of 50% Deposit
Total Amount Due if Booked 30 Days Prior to Arrival

Cancellations/Deposit Refunds:
100% Refund ~ minus $50 Handling Fee if Cancelled 60 Days before Arrival
50% Refund ~ If Cancelled 30 days before Arrival
No Refund ~ If cancelled within 30 Days of Arrival

Other:
No Pets
No Smoking (special requests considered)
Refunds will not be made in the event of an early departure
Once the 50% Deposit is Received the Reservation will be Confirmed
