Reservations: *There is a maximum of 2 adults for suites 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Each extra adult will have a charge of $15.00 USD daily, and $25.00 USD daily during Christmas and New Year Season. Children under 12 years old are welcome without any charge. *There is a maximum of 4 adults for suites 6, 7 and 8. Each extra adult will have a charge of $15 USD daily, and $25.00 USD daily during Christmas and New Years Season. Children under 12 years old are welcome without any charge. *Minors under 25 years old are welcome if accompanied by a responsable adult. *At your arrival a credit card number will be required as a security deposit. Any credit card information will only be used as a guarantee. Please contact them for payments details. Cancellations: To place a reservation they ask for a 100% payment. If for any reason you are unable to assist, they will give you credit of your stay for a year starting on your original arrival day.Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before check-in will retain the full deposit as credit for a future stay. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in will suffer a one night penalty, all remaining nights will be held as credit for future use. Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will lose the entire deposit. These policies apply to all events, including nature related (hurricanes, etc.).
