Developed by The Kor Group and designed by Kelly Wearstler. This development, forecasting to open in spring of 2009, offers 164 condos and villas ranging from $862,500 to $7 million. The residences features infinity-edge pools, patios, state of the art technologies, and many size and layout options. One can choose from Beachfront Resort Residences to the fairways of El Camaleen, the 7,000 yard championship golf course.

These residences start at $2.9 million, are designed by award winning architect, Pablo Serrano, and are scheduled for completion in 2008/2009.
